Have Ocado stopped stocking Picard?

I love the Picard pizzas and frozen pastries. They are the next best thing to being in France. But I noticed today that the entire range are "out of stock". I hope that this is a technical error and they haven't ditched the entire range!

Probably knowing OCADO they have ditched it. I am less and less impressed with product range.

I can add Picard to future orders at the moment(SE) so perhaps regional supply issues.

I'm in the SE and EVERY Item in the range is out of stock. Not impressed!

If they have, I’ll be so pissed off. Their desserts are amazing.

Hovering about pulling the plug on Ocado- the fire near me cancelled deliveries, no refunds or offers of refunds for my monthly pass. Anything good they seem to have removed.

I ordered something last week (Yorkshire) so it may be regional...

Last week there was literally no ice cream of any description. I wondered if the recent fire was in the frozen section - might also be affecting Picard

I had no idea ocado stocked Picard. Literally one of my favourite things about living in France.

I ordered some a few weeks ago.

I tried going back to Waitrose but their platform is so disappointing and Ocado has such a good range. But I'm really not a fan of the M&S produce.

All so true and there are really random omissions - last week I couldn’t get baking powder. They literally don’t stock any! It’s not the end of the world but it’s weird.

Their prepared meat etc isn’t a patch on Waitrose either and the butchers counter has gone.

Sigh (I know this is very much a first world problem!)

Good knows. Yesterday my Ocado order was missing every fresh item (I’m not exaggerating from butter to apples) no substitutions at all. I have been shopping with them such the beginning and have no idea what is going on (and yes I understand that brexit and Lorry drivers/Covid ) but even in the heart of lockdown this didn’t happen.
I imagine supplies from France are going to be delayed atm - sadly.

I alternate weeks with Ocado and Waitrose. Fill the gaps they both have that way

There seems to be out of stock on every frozen item I try to add to my delivery tomorrow.

Just panicked about Picard and checked the App and the full usual stock is there, same with reflets de France. Must be a regional shortage which hopefully means it will be temporary

Is it not just because they have problems with the supply of dry ice at the moment- most frozen foods are affected

I had some Picard and reflets de France delivered today, NW. Also no substitutions or missing items in a £300 order, we're are everyone else?

Also not an M&S fan, I was very disappointed when they ditched Waitrose.

If the Waitrose app was anywhere near as good I'd be at Waitrose in a flash. As it is i agonise every week.

I got a banner on the website a few days ago, saying that frozen food deliveries were temporary suspended due to having no dry ice.
But having said that, the Picard range has been severely cut back here.

Reflets de France has almost all vanished, I used to love their brioche.
All very disappointing. I left Sainsbury’s after many years, because I thought Ocado offered more interesting ingredients, but in the last year Ocado have dropped so many lines, I’m now considering looking elsewhere.

I've switched to Waitrose after years of Ocado. Feels like Ocado used to. Cheaper too.

I can still add Picard to my future orders. Not saying anything is out of stock.
