I was at uni with a lovely Finnish girl called Kirsi. She taught me how to make delicious pulla but I lent the recipe to a friend who spilled booze on it and threw it away several yeras ago! Does anyone have the recipe? I recall that it had cardamom, cinnamon, milk, flour, lots of butter and yeast and that I had to roll up a big rectangle then slice it into buns. Any help appreciated.
