Would really appreciate it if so. They had rice crispies on them and looked a lot of fun.
Please please please! I've just had my purse stolen and can't go Christmas shopping so am house bound and NEED to bake!!!

Hiya. Here you go.
For 20 cookies , you will need
1 medium egg
100g unsalted butter
100g soft light brown sugar
100g crunchy peanut butter
150g self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
50g puffef rice cereal
Heat oven to 190c/375f/gas 5.
Lightly oil 2 baking trays.Beat egg in small bowl. Beat butter and sufar in a bowl. Gradually add egg.
Add peanut butter and beat.Sift flour and baking powder in and stir.
Put rice crispies on a plate. Scoop up a heaped teaspoon of peanut mixture and roll into a ball with your hands. Put it on top of the cereal and roll it to cover it.Flatten it slightly and put on baking tray.Leave lots of space between the balls. Bake the cookies for 20 mins. Leave on trays for 5 mins. Then use a spatula to lift onto wire tray to cool.

No problem. They do look good, don't they? Might give them a go ourselves.
