Out of date milk!

We have two fridges in our house. One being our main fridge and our other fridge out of sight contains spare sauces, spreads and milk, when we thaw out frozen meat to eat and snacks our lo's can't grab when they want (yogurts, choc etc)
Long story short we have ended up with 12pints of milk that have gone past their use by date today and tomorrow.

What can we do with all this milk? Unfortunately cannot freeze anything we make as we just had a food delivery this morning and freezers are rammed!

My initial thought was a big macaroni cheese which will then last a couple days in the fridge and some pancakes!

Anything else?

Include your method and ingredients please!

Give them away on the app Olio

rice pudding (and freeze in portion for school lunches).
same with pancakes.

and you probably don't need to use the milk up all at once. do the sniff/taste test.

normal rice makes fine rice pudding as well. even basmati. if you have a stick of cinnamon or a few cardamon pods put them in the boiling milk for extra flavour.

Yogurt

Also in general milk lasts significantly longer than it’s date, unless it’s unhomogenised which seems to turn faster.

Baked egg custards if you have eggs. Or creme caramels.
Or just make lots of pouring custard, it will keep for a few days in the fridge.
Add cocoa powder for chocolate custard. (Great with poached or tinned pears. )
Try making yoghurt? There are many recipes and methods online, all you really need is plain yoghurt and milk. Strain through a fine sieve for Greek youghurt or yoghurt cheese.

Rice pudding (I use any old rice)
Cereal as a snack
Make batches of custard and freeze in bags so they fit round whatever else you have in there
Make paneer

It will last a lot longer than the use by date as long as its kept well chilled. I've used milk two weeks past its use by date and it was fine. Just give it a sniff before using.

Make white sauce or cheese sauce and freeze it in bags.

Maybe put a shout out on any local Facebook groups . Freecycle perhaps?
