Other than pea and ham soup, what can you do with them??

I sometimes add the meat to chicken & mushroom for a pie.

Red beans and rice.

Potted ham.

Mashed potatoes and parsley sauce. We also used to have ribs and cabbage, substitute the ribs for ham shank.
