Jack Monroe slow cooker Christmas dinner

I think I remember Jack Monroe being ill at Christmas but managing to cook a Christmas dinner in a triple slow cooker.
Has she ever published how she did this in any of her books or elsewhere?

I doubt it. She sometimes follows up her social media posts with actual recipes, but not always.

I think it was in a newspaper, maybe the Express, and it was sponsored by del monte.
And according to her she’s always sick with one thing or another and she’s always complaining

Wasnt it like dinner for under £20 but it was an odd combo and Lidl or Aldi can't remember which was doing Christmas dinner proper ingredients and was less than her one anyway.

I think she cooked lots of things overnight which is what I find appealing rather than trying to do it on a really low budget.
Perhaps I'll just have to improvise and see what happens.
