Tasty healthy food for a 'detox'

For a combination of reasons we've had a lot of meals out/entertained/been entertained recently. Feel bloated and lacking in appetite. A bit like the beginning of January or after a long holiday.

What are your favourite light and healthy but tasty main meals? We eat everything including meat and fish, but want to have a week or two off red meat. We've also had a lot of eggs recently thanks to both buying a large pack so not egg based. Want to avoid creamy or very rich sauces.

So far I'm thinking chilli or Spaghetti Bolognese made with turkey mince. Lots of main course salads like butternut squash and chickpea or watermelon and feta.
Tandoori chicken and rice. I've also got some salmon in the freezer.
Unusually for me I've got that 'eaten so much recently can't even think about food to meal plan',hence taking the lazy option to ask MN as I know you'll come up trumps.
Thank you.

Marinate cod fillets in natural yoghurt mixed with curry paste of your choice. Toss chickpeas, blanched cauliflower and red onion in cumin, turmeric and ground coriander (or what ever spices you prefer) , sprinkle with Nigella seeds and bake alongside the cod. Serve with a green salad.

Make a kind of nicois salad with fresh tuna steaks, green beans boiled egg and your choice of green base. Use balsamic vinegar instead of heavier dressings.

Simple stir fries with lots of veg, rice noodles and cashew nuts.

Butterfly chicken breasts marinate with lemon juice garlic and fresh herbs serve with salad.

The Aloo Gobi traybake looks gorgeous and reminds me that the Roasting Tin book I have has lots of fairly plain recipes - I've not used it much mainly because of that but now might be its time to shine!
