Lamb Kidney

In an attempt to empty the freezer a bit I have found a lone lamb kidney.

What can I do with a single kidney? I feel maybe something on toast is probably the answer?

It’s a bit small, just one. I’d probably grill it with a mixed grill. I do love them though.

I think I'd just add it to a weekend breakfast with bacon, mushrooms etc.
Or buy some more to either cook with sherry etc, or add to steak for an old-fashioned pie filling.

I’d do steak and kidney suet pudding.
