Left over yolks for a simple pudding

12 for lunch at the weekend.
I'm going to make a pavlova but will have 6 egg yolks left over. Any ideas for an easy pudding? Custard is the obvious choice but then I'll have to make something else to go with it.
Any suggestions please?

Turn the custard into creme brulee?

Make home-made mayonnaise?

Lemon curd?

Something to go on the flan, eg lemon or passion fruit curd? Or you could make extra meringue and do some mini meringues with lemon curd.

I’d second carbonara though - I have the opposite problem with having about 6 egg whites left over from making a lot of carbonara! Can’t be bothered to make meringue as there’d be too much and we have enough puds in the house!

I sometimes make a posh bread and butter pudding.

What about pastel de nata? I'm pretty sure that just uses a rich custard and puff pastry (could be bought?).

Could you make a nice tart which needs egg yolks in the pastry?

I made a French apple tart (Mary Berry recipe) at the weekend which used 4 egg yolks in the pastry so I have the opposite problem!

Possibly not the recipie for cooking for lots of visitors, but molten middle puddings.
Chocolate chip cookies often have just an egg yolk.
