Can I just reheat with extra liquid and then put back in jars?

I have. Gentle heat and a little water at a time. Don’t rush it and you will be fine.

Thanks - I'll give it a go! Did you reboil or just heat with water?

I can’t remember. Just give it a go.

I find if I boil it for too long, it can go a bit dark/caramelised which may or may not suit.
