besides crumbles?

DCs come home from school and whilst they usually have a decent dinner, I'm always stuck for puddings...

but some easy do in advence puddings

jelly

ice-cream with frozen fruits of the forest heated up (the fruit not the ice-cream) and smashed with fork to rough puree

sponge cake freezes well so I'd have thought steamed sponge pudding would.
or just make any old cake, freeze in wedges and serve with hot custard.

but like witchandchips we normally just hsve yoghurt or fruit or something, or even cake just as it is if I've been in a baking mood.
