Leftover beef

So I have some left over roast beef from dinner today. There is enough to feed the 5 of us again. Give me some ideas recipes please what I can make with it tomorrow or Tuesday.

Depending how much you have, cottage pie, dice the beef up small instead if using mince.

I like beef with home made chips and cauliflower cheese with tons of gravy OR those in those half baked baguettes 😍

Ramen.

Old fashioned rissoles.. always a Monday stalwart after roast beef on Sunday.

Mince it or food process with egg, onion, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce and a crumbled beef stock cube. Roll into patties, coat in egg and flour and fry til warm in the middle. Yummy, my mouth is watering with the memory.

Soy sauce and sesame seeds marinade, then stir-fry with fresh veg and noodles or rice.

Our leftover beef usually ends up as fajitas.

Thai beef salad! You don't need much beef per portion.

Burritos!

Reuben sandwiches or fajitas. Could possibly also do beef stroganoff.

I would definitely be throwing that in a curry! Cook til it's falling apart tender 🥰.

You can use a jar sauce but I would use 2 tins chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger, onions, peppers, coriander, madras powder and garam masala.

I'd go with Thai beef salad too make sure its massive

i slice any leftover roast meat, always make masses of gravy and freeze them together for a quick FakeRoast in the week. Make giant yorkshire puddings, heat meat and gravy, use freezer veg! Serve meat gravy and veg in the yorkshire!
