Vegetarian cook books

Can anyone recommend any favourite vegetarian cook books?

We particularly like curries, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking if that has any bearing on things.

Meera Sodha East, for different bits and bobs from India through to Japan. Fast India is good too but you need 2/3 recipes for a meal whereas East has lots of one pot type dishes.

Sally Butcher Veggiestan is ok for middle East stuff although I find I read it more than I cook from it.

Second Meera Sodha East & Fast India, also have a look at Sabrina Ghayor Bazaar and Ottolenghi flavour. I don't have any mediterranean vegetarian only cook books but regularly use Rachel Roddy, Anna del Conte, Claudia Roden and the Moro cookbooks/recipe sites - whilst they do include meat/fish there is a lot of vegetarian recipes too

Fab, thank you. I'd seen the Meera Sodha books but that's useful as a pointer to which one. And the Ottolenghi one too as there are quite a few of those.

My most-used are:
Meera Sodha, East & Fresh India
Anna Jones, Modern Way to Cook / Eat
Ottolenghi, Plenty
River Cottage Veg Every Day
