For me various salads with either chicken, tuna, egg or chickpeas.
For everyone else lots of bread based things, toasties, wraps, panini’s, bagels, baguettes, pita
Filled with a protein and some kind of veg. Usually crudités on the side. protein include egg, cheese/cream cheese, tuna, cheese, ham, falafel, chicken etc
Sometimes cheese and crackers
Sometimes I’ll do a fritata for dinner and left overs eaten for lunch.
Crudités with bread sticks/toasted pita fingers humous, cream cheese, salsa, guacamole etc
Occasional fish finger sandwich, ploughman’s, tuna pasta salad, jacket potatoes with toppings, quasedillas etc.
If we’ve been baking they sometimes eat the result, sausage rolls, cheese straws etc
In the winter more ‘things on toast’ and soup.
