Then cook as normal?
For example a shepherds pie freeze defrost in fridge over night then cook 30 mins in oven? Or how long in microwave.
Never batch cooked before.

Depending what it is and how organised I am I will either defrost in fridge or, if I’ve forgotten to take it out, microwave it on 60% power for several mins. I stick a knife in to see if it’s defrosted, if it’s still solid in the middle I stick it in a bit longer.

If it’s a big cottage pie I would still probably then heat on full power for 3-5 mins before sticking in the oven to crisp the top up. It’s trial & error really depending on how your microwave & oven perform tbh.

If you've batch cooked they're already cooked, they don't need to be cooked again? Just reheated. I wouldn't usually leave them thaw overnight because I wouldn't be that organise, just put it in the microwave. The only one I'd put in the oven to reheat would be shepherd's pie but I don't really make that.
