Have pork chops from tesco and the package appears full of air almost slightly bloated, well just like pumped full
Is this due to the way its package or cod be from off meat
Meat is in date , pink and smells fine?

As in not totally flat and slightly risen like the package has been pumped full of air but not enough to burst

I would say if it looks fine and smells fine and is in date then it's good to go 👍🏻

The protective atmosphere they pump in there is nitrogen. It pushes out any oxygen, so anything that needs to breathe can't survive and spoil your meat.
