Mine is from a Nigel Slater book (I'll have to wait til I get home to tell you which one) but it is a chicken, ham and mushroom pie with flakey butter pastry, a lot of effort pot boiling a whole chicken, but amazing.

Tana Ramsay is brilliant

This Nigella recipe for clams is delicious although fregola is hard to find in the UK, unfortunately.

I'm sure I've had fregola from Amazon, that is another recipe to add to the list.

Now that tortilla bake is right up my street.

Dishoom's black dal recipe. Takes ages but is gorgeous and indulgent. I have the book but it's also included here: www.theguardian.com/food/2019/sep/07/four-classic-indian-recipes-dishoom-chaat-dal-salad-jackfruit-biyani-chicken-makhani-curry

Ottelenghi’s ‘simple’ is the basis of all of my summer entertaining! If I had to pick one dish it would be the harissa potatoes that I make regularly throughout the summer months.

This paneer curry from Fresh India - one of the best curry recipes ever!

Second this one, made regularly in our house along with the fish curry from the same book.

From a South African recipe book called, "Fabulous Food". I make the "easy quick chicken" all the time (although it's not quick - it's cooked for well over an hour. It is easy though!). It's a popular tray-bakeish style around here.
