Following as I was meant to be BBQing this coming weekend but the weather looks shit. I can't do paella as that's what I served these people last time!

DIY fajitas or burritos - cook some chicken strips, grater cheese, some guacamole, sour cream, rice, etc and let people put together how they want.

I think a super posh salad is the way to go. Just checked with my guests and they are a bit fussy so if I just lay out nice meats and cheeses etc. that will suit everyone.

We also have home grown tomatoes, lettuce, rocket and beetroot to add to the mix.

Pulled pork on brioche buns with loads of posh salad sides.

a nice gammon with various salads, new potatoes or roasted ones with garlic/rosemary (dont bother peeling).

Or chilli, or lasagne and salad and french/garlic bread
