Is this enough for a light lunch?

My lovely Mum is coming to visit and has requested a light lunch.

I cannot make my mind up I need to add potatoes or not.

I'm going to do Smoke salmon souffle tart, which is basically an impressive quiche. I'm doing Ottolenghi Spring Salad to go with and will be baking some fresh crusty white bread that morning.

I am doing a little light dessert so I don't want to over do the main. Should I do herby pots too? Another side, or is salad, quiche and bread enough?

Do the potatoes, if they are not eaten, you can make potato salad with them for tomorrow.
