What are you all eating in this heat?!

Doing my meal plan for this week and struggling for easy meal ideas that we'll fancy in the heat.

What are you all planning?

Meat off the BBQ.
Pasta salad
Cold Quiche and salad
Sandwiches/baps/Baguettes (so far we've had chicken, ham and gammon and usually have them with some crisps on the side)
Antipasti with crusty rolls
Picnic (just Picky bits, everyone helps themselves)

I need salt! A salad of spinach, water cress, red onion, celery and pear topped with Gorgonzola and pancetta. Those who want to moan about it can have scrambled egg on toast.

Raspberries and cream

Bruschetta with tomatoes and mushrooms. Fruit salad to follow.
