I've made my Christmas pud, any ideas for what to do with leftover stout and veggie suet (veggie please)?

Apart from leave them in the fridge / cupboard till I discover them there next year out of date!

Drink the stout, add lemonade if you don't like it neat. Or give it to me to add to a beef stew!

Suet dumplings - my fave!! Suet puddings, sweet and savoury, are gorgeous too. My mum used to make a lovely leek pudding using suet. Doubt she'll used a recipe, but you'd probably find one easily by googling.
