Tupperware

Could anyone recommend good, low price tupperware? I've decided to bring more of my own food to work rather than pay £££ for food in the work canteen. I reuse plastic boxes from the takeaway until they wear out, but I've found they tend to leak because the lids don't fit very well. Proper tupperware seems quite expensive in the supermarket, which is fine but I'd like to know I'm spending money on something that will last. Any ideas very much appreciated!

Tupperware does last forever and they do have a replacement policy so that’s good. And it always works. But have a look on Gumtree (do you have that in the UK?)

Sistema boxes have been the most reliable for me.

To be truly watertight, boxes need to be round. I've got some containers from Amazon that are glass bottoms with clip-lock plastic lids - so can go in a mic or oven without the lids.

But how about a wide necked thermos flask? Use to keep food hot or cold, & modern ones are unbreakable.
