Best ever cupcake recipe?

I know there are loads & loads on google but has anyone got a cupcake recipe that is really good or one they recommend?

I usually use bbc good food for a lot of my recipes & always been impressed.

Weigh 2 eggs

Weigh butter, sugar and flour each to the same weight as the eggs

Beat the butter and sugar for ages - till it's nearly white.

Add scraped vanilla pod

Add the eggs and flour and some baking powder. Fold them in - don't over beat

My go to is any cupcake recipe from the hummingbird bakery book. I think recipes can be found online
