What are your favourite pizza toppings?

We make pizzas pretty much every Friday now.
I love a decent Margherita and Florentine.
DH and kids have plain cheese and tomato.
What are your favourite pizza toppings?

Mushroom and taleggio

Mine is weird it comes from 4 years at uni and people trying to nick pizza (hint, pick weird toppings and people don't)
Pineapple, red onion, ham and sweetcorn
Sometimes pepperoni and pineapple
Also like goats cheese and red onion

Spicy chicken, mixed peppers and sweetcorn! Plus my local takeaway calls that a ‘festival pizza’ which just sounds happy, so that’s another plus
Otherwise tho, ham and pineapple is a go to classic.

Blue cheese, fig or pear with Italian meats

Mine is also slightly revolting: tuna mayonnaise dollops and tomato. Inspired by the classic tuna melt sandwich.

Blue cheese (or that soft Philadelphia style with herbs) and bacon. That's the one I order most here (Italy)

The best pizza ever though was on Manchester Oxford Road, back in the 90s and was double cheese, double garlic.

Second place would go to a Spanish pizza place which did a garlicky aubergine one.

We do one at home with shredded chicken, red onion, peppers and sweet chilli sauce

Morrison’s do an amazing Sri Lankan chicken one

Mozzarella, artichokes and capers.

Pepperoni or chicken with peppers and onions.

Also donner meat 😂 do not judge until uv tried it. They sell them at Indian takeaways here in central Scotland 👍

I really like Pizza Diavola. I also really like Pizza Quattro Stagioni.

Goats chees and red onion

Mozarella, goat cheese, sliced peppers and tomatoes, olives and anchovis. Plus add rocket dressed in lemon juice, EVOO and freshly ground pepper at the end.

Donner meat and red onion.

Goats cheese, artichoke hearts and pine nuts. Pine nuts are so tasty!
