Looking for some inspo on what to cook for dinner tonight. Fed up of eating the same meals or having take aways. What are you having?

Honemade coconut dhal and naan bread.

@IHaveBrilloHair I don't follow the instructions on the packet !
Plenty of water at full rolling boil, I like added salt, then I keep taste-testing after 5 minutes until it's right - probably 6-7. HTH

Chicken katsu curry with sticky rice and broccoli :)

DS had leftover veggie risotto.

I think it's going to be home made Mu Shu with either chicken or pork. I have a bunch of snow peas (mange tout) to pick and will put them in it, not something I usually do.

Pasta with salami and fennel sauce. The sauce is slowly bubbling away.

Very garlicky and lemon, butterflied chicken breasts, cooked on the bbq, apple slaw, green salad and flat breads also done on the bbq.

We had Moving Mountains hot dogs last night, having a tofu thai red curry tonight! My favourite!
