DP went to the dockside and got a massive Brill, it’s about 3kg worth and there’s only two of us. I’m pretty good at left overs normally but this has me a bit stumped. It’s going to be roasted today, and then I’ll probably flake it off for storage. So far I’ve thought of fish cakes, and a chowder. I’m not a great fan of fish pie but it is a contender. Any other ideas?
