Flour, milk, eggs? See, i really havent a clue, how DO you make a yorkie batter?

like you said flour milk eggs i put a pinch of salt and pepper.
brown the sausages make sure the fat you are going to pour the batter into is smoking hot so it bubbles when you pour it in

oh, and exactly as many eggs as dessert spoons of flour, then a dash of water and add milk to get it to the right consistency. I always cook the sausages through completely before putting them in (just in case)

Put some batter mix in the dish before the sausages so they don't stick to the bottom, then put the sausages in, then pour over more batter.

Cook it in the hottest part of the oven, on the hottest setting and good luck.

Batter:
4oz flour
Half pint milk
1 egg

Mix egg into flour, add milk gradually to avoid lumps.

Heat oil in very hot (230c) oven for about 10 mins.

Cook sausages for 10 mins until a bit brown.

Pour over the batter, cook at same temp for 10 more mins, then turn oven down to about 180-200c and cook for about 30 mins

thanks guys, some cool tips Im quite excited about dinner tonight now i do remember making this eons ago and it being like a slab of concrete, so wish me luck
