Air fryer worth it for a vegetarian?

I keep getting sucked in to talk about air fryers. We are vegetarian. Would it be worth it for us? What would you cook in it as a vegetarian?

We have this Ninja

Overall it's great and seems to come top in lots of reviews.

If I were buying again I might consider one with two pans, but only if I knew it cooked as well as the Ninja I've got
