The Doctor's Kitchen cookbooks - any good?

I've been advised to try to follow an anti inflammatory diet for health reasons and whilst I know the basics of it, I'd love a cookbook as a go to for meal ideas.

I've been enjoying his podcast, anyone have his cookbooks and can recommend them for this particular 'diet? If so, which one do you like the most?

Thanks!

I have both books and really like them - easy to get hold of ingredients, easy to make and taste great - I’m not sure about the anti inflammatory part though ...

I think they would work for anti inflammatory..the best anti inflammatory would be a mediterranean diet, but lots of that food would be in these books, just different spices. There are a lot of beans and lentils, I never ate so much protein! I have the first and been meaning to get the second.
