"individual" cake recipes for sale at school

having a coffee morning at school next week and I have volunteered to make the cake to sell. Would prefer things that are individual rather then cakes that we have to worry about cutting (if that makes sense). So far have come up with rock cakes, puff pastry mince pies and selection of fairy cakes.

Help cant think fo anything else, plus I need to be able to prepare them the day before as the sale starts at 9am.

Thanks

Had a cake sale last week, and it surprised me that it wasn't the fairy cakes that went first (even chocolatey ones), it was the gingerbread men, closely followed by the oaty cookies.

Tiffin. Really easy to make and yummy. I got the recipe from Mumsnet by searching messages with tiffin in them.
