I put frozen chicken breasts in fridge last night - can I use them tomorrow night??

if they don't smell, then yes!

if you're worried coz your preggars then maybe marinate them in something that'll kill the germs like lemon and garlic then cook them in the morning.

I would say yes.. if you bought them yesterday they would be ok to eat tomorrow.
Had you defrosted them in the microwave or were they frozen when you put them in the fridge? if the later is the case they probably didn't thaw until this morning.

They were frozen in my freezer until yesterday and I'm going to casserole them tomorrow unless I'm being a stupid bint!
