Definitive Toddler Meal and Snack Idea Thread (and Questions)

I have looked as best I can through the archives but it's bits and bobs all over the place so thought maybe i'd start this? I am trying to think of meals and snacks for DS (19 months) so thought it would be good if we pool all our ideas together - spoon, self feeding with forks etc and BLW.

Snack Ideas I have found via google so far:

cheese cubes
carrot sticks (are they chocking risk though?)
Broccoli and dip (do you cook and cool the broccoli? What dips are best for a toddler or how do you make an easy home made one and how long does it last?)
Bread sticks and cottage cheese
Plain popcorn
Fruit Salad
Pitta and humus (can't spell that, you know what I mean!)

Breakfast;
(this is what DS has, not what I have googled yet)
Weetabix
Porridge
Bagels or toast and Philly.

That's as far as I have got so far!
