Does anyone know where I can find a swimmer-shaped biscuit cutter that’s
a) made from metal
b) doesn’t have to be posted from North America

please?

Try Etsy.

I did see metal ones of all shapes and sizes on a trip to Germany. The town specialised in biscuits .

Plastic, but I've used the plastic ones from there and they're quite sturdy.

Thank you.

It’s a friend’s idea. She’s had a good look on Etsy, so I’ll suggest the plastic ones @QuestionableMouse posted.

If you can't find the right one you can make one: draw/print the shape you want, drink a can of beer/pop, carefully cut a 2cm wide ring out of the empty can and bend it to the shape, you can join rings together with sellotape to make bigger shapes. Put a layer of tape over the top side to protect your hands when you're cutting with it.
