Tell me what to have for dinner

We’ve had a horrific couple of weeks, I’ve failed to meal plan and I don’t actually fancy food at all but we do need to eat something.

What can we have that’s reasonably healthy, low effort and appealing/tasty?

Reasonably well stocked kitchen (thank goodness).

I’d go super simple. A bowl of pasta with cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic bacon, chilli, fresh herbs if you have them. Big glug of balsamic vinegar and plenty of black pepper. Toasted breadcrumbs and Parmesan sprinkled over the top.

Sardines tinned in olive oil with pasta.

Egg chips and beans

Fish finger tacos

Poached eggs on toast

Big tray of roasted veg with sausages on top…one tray wonder.

Order a heathy take out…

We’re having gammon and pineapple with jersey royals and garden peas.
I’ve not much appetite at the moment so I’m hoping it helps.

I think pasta wins. Thanks all
