Using up milk

Due to some miscommunication we've ended up with about 8 pints more milk than we're likely to use that is best before tomorrow.

Any good ideas for what to make with it? Limited freezing space.

Milkshake, cauliflower cheese and rice pudding go down well in our house.

Macaroni cheese/any pasta that uses bechamel sauce. Lasagne can be frozen. Milk shakes or hot chocolate depending on the weather.

Give it to friends / neighbours? As long as it smells good it's safe so you can use past the best before.

Rice pudding. Macaroni cheese, quiche, custard, crepes...

Or you could have a go at making homemade mozzarella...although I ended up making ricotta...

Creme caramel.
Blancmange, if you’re feeling retro.
