‘Ezekiel’ bread anyone?

I’ve bought a diet/nutrition book and thought I’d try some of the eating plans - came across ‘Ezekiel’ bread. I’ve seen this in health food shops (Bible quote in the used of the box so never really paid it much attention, thought it was a brand of crackers).

I’ve done an online search but haven’t really worked what exactly it is/what falls into the category of ‘Ezekiel’ bread. Has anyone made it?

It's a brand I've only seen onsale in the US.

Are you lucky enough to have a Whole Foods near you? They might sell it there. Sometimes it's kept in the freezer. It has a bible quote from Ezekiel on it, hence the name.

Apparently the UK equivalent is Everfresh from Holland and Barrett.

It's brilliant but the slices are tiny. Also only ever found it in the states.

I’ve seen one called this in places like wholefoods (££££) and thought it was just the brand name. Don’t know if it’s really a ‘wonder food’ (but this book tells me it’s good fur ma brain 🧠 )...
