Pasta bows are good for picking up - can get those from most supermarkets.

agree fusili, you can cut it smaller if you need once cooked, my dd adores pesto and creme fraiche, I can smuggle lots of things in, diced zucchini or sweet potato, finely minced lamb or chicken!

My little girl really spagetti...she finds it easy to pick up and it's quite thin (obviously) The best pasta sauce I have found is the Sainsbury's "Parrot cafe tomato sauce".

home made macaroni cheese with well cooked cauliflower in - its all the same colour and kids dont notice the cauliflower

My two like canned tuna, mayonnaise and sweetcorn mixed with their pasta. (DS aged 12 months just eats any type fairly easily). They both love it and it only takes 10 mins or so to prepare.
