Creme Fraiche

I have most of a pot of creme fraiche in the fridge and want to do something with it for my tea tonight. I'm having something salad-y, what can I do with the creme fraiche apart from a dressing? I could do some tzatziki, but looking for something a bit more substantial. Any ideas?

Potato salad with most of the mayo swapped for creme fraiche

warm tomato salad:
boil rice per instruction
add chopped tomatos to the cooked warm rice
stir in the creme fraiche
add herbs if you want to
salt/pepper

Ooh, I have some jersey royals in the fridge 😀
Tomato salad sounds nice, I've never tried that.

Beef straganoff

I'm veggie but could do a mushrooms stroganoff, good call!

Heat it gently, add herbs/garlic/chives and serve with pasta alongside your salad
