Bread flour- best value supplier?

Hi,
Started making bread, I usually cook in 1.5kg of flour batches as we eat a lot. Has anyone found any good value suppliers for bread flour? My mum used to buy it directly from her local mill by the sack, but I don't want to be driving miles to get it, I would prefer delivery. I am in North Suffolk if that makes any difference. Thanks!

We've ordered a lot of flour from Shipton Mill - they have a good selection of different types (white, wholemeal, rye, specialty flours). I haven't really shopped around for thw cheapest supplier, but they seem reasonably priced.

Thanks, I have just placed an order, they seem good value and they have some exciting unusual flours that will be fun to experiment with (whilst churning out plenty of plain white bread for the unadventurous family!)

I get my bread flour from Aldi.

I get mine from Shipton Mill as well - brilliant flour. They sent the wrong flour in my last order and were really good at sending out the correct one really quickly and making a joke about slowing down deliveries.

I used to use Allinsons, perfectly good but expensive. Now I find that I get the same results from Co-op or Aldi.

I've been making bread for years and the absolute best I've found is Tesco own brand Canadian very strong bread flour in the green bag, it's fabulous.

I order from Bakery Bits. They have a great range of flours including unusual ones, and stock a good selection of other ingredients for baking as well as pans, bannetons, lames, and cloches.
