Marmite lunch ideas?

I got a craving for marmite. Usually I would have marmite on buttered toast.

I'm looking for different ideas for marmite. Mainly for lunch or small meals. I googled and I'm definitely going to try a pasta marmite.

I'm looking for other ideas please.

Thank you

On toast, topped with mashed avocado and a slice of cheddar, popped under the grill until golden.

Delicious!

Marmite wrap:

Take the tortilla or wrap of your choice. Smear with marmite. Add cottage cheese and chopped tomatoes/ cucumbers/ leftover roast med veg. Roll tightly, slice in 2.

I tried this marmite tofu recipe, and the results were very good. blog.ocado.com/food/lisa-faulkners-marmite-tofu-recipe/

I love marmite with cream cheese, cottage cheese, or egg mayo .
Also mix into baked beans if you're having beans on toast or jacket potato and beans.

Cheese scones with a bit of marmite mixed in and then spread a bit in the top before you sprinkle a bit of cheese on the top and put in the oven.

I have never thought of putting marmite in the cheese scones, @Thebookswereherfriends - I might have to try that! I put whole grain mustard in mine - and so much cheddar that the scones can’t maintain their structural integrity, and become slumps rather than scones - they taste lovely, though!

I like marmite stirred into cream cheese and then used to fill sticks of celery! Perfect for hot days when you can’t be bothered to eat! (Like today!)
