Easy summery recipes

Does anyone have any good meal ideas for quick & easy summery recipes? Thanks!

I love a good Greek Salad with roasted meat

Linguini with cherry tomatoes, crab, chilli, garlic and parsley
Proper nicois with tuna steaks.
Chicken breast marinated in a curry paste of your choice mixed with natural yoghurt and mango chutney. Either skewered and grilled of served in ciabatta as a ciabatta roll. (Even better barbecued).
Falafel and pitas with salads. (Falafel do take a bit longer to make but are perfect for batch cooking and freezing.)
