I'm starting a new job soon, and it's likely to be quite full on, so I'm keen to put together a really good 4-weekly meal plan. I do most of the cooking, but teen dd will cook once a week. DH rarely cooks, but does most of the cleaning and gardening before anyone asks why he isn't pulling his weight. 
There are 3 of us. I need some good ideas for healthy, satisfying meals that can be knocked up really quickly at the end of a busy day - ideally within 20 mins but half an hour would be fine. We don't eat meat, and we try to avoid having too much processed food, though we do rely on it sometimes.
I am quite prepared to do some batch cooking but freezer space is limited, so I can't rely on that too much. We also have a slow cooker that I rarely use, but I guess it could be put into action.
Current family favourites include lentil dahl and various other curries and a couple of warm pasta salads.
I'm so out of inspiration...please help!
