Rice pudding recipes

Hi all, I've only ever made rice pudding once before and it was distinctly average! I was hoping someone could give me a tried and tested delicious recipe please? Thanks!

From memory a basic recipe is

1 pint milk
2 tbsp round/short grain/pudding rice
2 tbsp soft brown/demerara sugar

Cook at gas mark 2-3 and stir the skin in until it's the right sort of gloopiness.
