Fresh yeast bread recipes please

Im new to breadmaking,and have perfected one style of loaf. I like using fresh yeast and haven't been as sucessful with the dried stuff. Im finding it difficult to find recipies online with fresh rather than dried yeast.
Can anyone recommend either particular recipies or a great book with fresh yeast bread recipies please (hand made not machine). I'd love a few white bread and seeded loaf options. Thanks

iirc it's double to weight of fresh to dried, and get the fresh yeast bubbly in any liquid required before adding it to the flour

pretty sure it's not anymore complex than than.

I really like King Arthur's site for recipes, but i do use dried yeast, I am sure they'd have hints and tips though, it's a very informative web site.

Recipe wise I love their Italian Supermarket loaf.
