Leftover clotted cream

I have a whole pot of clotted cream, what can I make with it? Preferably something that'll last a day or two rather than just fruit with cream on. We had scones at the weekend so I feel a bit sconed out Grin

I just use it in recipes that call for double cream. Sometimes have to add a dash of milk to loosen it up.

DGM puts it on runner beans. She also spreads it on toast instead of butter.

I make a pie with new potatoes, leeks and cream. Add bacon sometimes. That's really nice. Filing is chunky diced and boiled new potatoes, Sautéed leeks and bacon, mix together with cream. Season with pepper. Chuck it all in a pastry case, egg wash the top and whack it in the oven.

That pie sounds amazing! I hadn't considered savoury food, I think I'll give that a go 😋 thank you!

My recipe involves a spoon and a couch...Grin

That does appeal @IHaveBrilloHair Grin this might be controversial, but I feel like it would be good on those salted Ritz crackers

Oh dear god no.
However, you could have the crackers as a starter and the cream for dessert.
