Need some ideas for lunch meals for a fussy 3year old ds.

Hiya,
My dd (2) will eat anything, but my ds is pretty fussy. Ds has a healthy diet, but I am sick of giving him the same food types every day.

He likes pasta, bread, ham and chicken (slices only though!) - main food for lunch or tea.

What else can I do, how can I get him to eat more (ds sometimes tries new food, if he thinks he will have a sticker!).

Thanks

Ds1 (4.5) and ds2 (21 m) like helping to "make" pizzas. I just use the small frozen cheese and tomato ones and let them put their own toppings on - peppers, mushrooms, ham etc, a bit of extra cheese on top then I bung them in the oven for 20 mins.

Would he enjoy doing something like that, then eating the result?

Pizza a good idea. How about pancake? Carrots/courgettes/mushrooms/spinach in pancake always works.

Rice dishes? Miso soup? Anything in miso soup seems to turn DSs into ravenous monsters.

Put meat/veges on sticks? He might try them just out of curiousity.

Bake things in bread? Used to bake all kinds of bread (red pepper, courgette, cheese, potato etc) due to extremely fussy ds1.

noddles? egg fried rice? Risotto? (always winners here - and you can start with 'easy stuff' then start sneaking extra things in!)
