I'm contemplating buying a kitchenaid and one of my main uses will be dicing veg for soups etc as it's my most hated kitchen chore right now.
The artisan comes with an 8mm dicing attachment, but the machine is quite expensive and a bit big for my kitchen. I can however buy a 12mm dicing kit for the 3.1L machine... Now I'm wondering whether this produces pieces too big or not?
Has anyone any experience with food dicers who can advise.
