Need recipe for annabelle K chicken and potato balls

4oz potatoes chopped
40z parsnips chopped
3 tbsp veg oil
1/2 small onion finely chopped
1 carrot grated
4oz boneless chicken breast cut in chunks
large knob butter
flour for coating

put pots and parsnips in a pan, cover with water, bring to the boil then simmer, covered for 12-15 mins or until tender.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add onion and carrot and saute for 4-5 mins. Add the chicken and continue to saute for 10 mins or until cooked through.
Drain pots and parsnips and mash with half the butter until smooth. finely chop the chicken, onion and carrot in a food processor and mix with the mashed veg. Form mix into balls. Spread flour on plate and use to coat them. Saute til golden. Mars
