I'm bored of all the usual ways I make and serve salmon fillets. Please could I have some ideas of your favourite salmon recipes to inspire me

I've a lovely one .

One salmon filet (or pieces put together) in an ovensafe tray, put a lot of soft fried sliced leeks (just soft not brownish) on top of the salmon, then a lot of dill and drizzle with lemon and spread Greek yoghurt or creme fraiche on top. (If you can, a glass of white wine in the tray otherwise just a little water). Cover with tin foil and put it in the oven till done (30 min. there abouts). Even people not into fish likes this.

Perhaps not style and beauty, but tasty .

I maybe versions of this. Less herbs on top for kids etc

I smother salmon in teriyaki and cook it and then serve with noodles and Choi sum

Salmon and horseradish is a really good combo.
