I whizzled up some onions, garlic + load of other veg with mascarpone, grated cheese and macaroni BUT although fine for me, I didn't cook the onions enough and they are too many and they're hot - is there anything I can do to correct the situation before batch freezing it for DD?? Would baking it covered help??

Hm, you could try baking it, but the whole thing may just dry out. it's got to be worth a try...

How about some sugar to tone it down - or not allowed in DD's food - just weaned??

would sugar really work? I could add it - she's 11 months but will it make it sweet?? I'd so love to avoid having to pick it all out!!!
